User must create account first before to file a ticket.

Navigate the canvas drawer  and the click "REGISTRATION". Fill up the form and click REGISTER.

Once a successful registration has been made, you will receive a confirmation notification email in your mailbox.

The accounts need to be activated by clicking the link from a confirmation email.
